Welcome to Clearfield Fundraising. By using this website or participating in a fundraising campaign through Clearfield Fundraising, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Clearfield Fundraising provides online fundraising support and campaign management services for schools, sports teams, clubs, and community organizations.
Services may include:
Campaign Approval
Clearfield Fundraising reviews campaigns before publication and may decline or discontinue a campaign for legitimate operational, legal, or safety reasons. Participating organizations are responsible for obtaining their internal approvals and providing accurate campaign information. Each party is responsible for complying with the laws and requirements applicable to its own activities.
Donations and Payments
Clearfield Fundraising manages online donation campaigns for participating organizations.
For a standard Donation Drive, the organization receives 75% of eligible online donations. Clearfield Fundraising retains 25% to cover campaign services and standard payment processing costs. Donors may be offered the option to contribute toward processing costs; Clearfield Fundraising will clearly disclose any such contribution before payment.
Campaign proceeds are reconciled after the fundraiser closes. Clearfield Fundraising provides the organization with a final financial report and initiates payment of the amount due according to the payout schedule stated in its campaign agreement.
Refunds, disputed payments, and chargebacks may affect the final amount payable. The campaign agreement will disclose the applicable terms.

Organizations and participants agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.

Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, and written materials created by Clearfield Fundraising remain the property of Clearfield Fundraising unless otherwise stated. Participating organizations retain ownership of their names, logos, photographs, and other materials they provide. They authorize Clearfield Fundraising to use those materials solely as needed to operate and promote their approved fundraising campaigns.
Third-Party Services
Clearfield Fundraising may use third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, or communication tools.
All services are provided on an “as available” basis.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
